RGL.gg is bringing Prolander to Australia! Thanks to STN.tf and CPU Servers, we are hosting our very first Australian One Day Cup. This will be a FREE tournament open to players of all skill levels, and best of all, half of the teams that enter will win keys! During the cup, you will be playing against teams of similar skill, so you don't have to worry about playing against the top players. Additionally, if you don't have a team, you can queue as an individual player and be placed into a team by us!
The cup is on July 21st, starting at 4pm AEST. Every team will play at least three matches, on payload and king of the hill maps, with the cup will lasting about six hours. New team registration ends on July 18th. Players who are looking for a team can post in the LFT section of the RGL cup website. More information and registration is at the Cup.AU.RGL.gg website.

Signups for Ready Steady Pan Season 4 are finally open! We're very excited for all the frying pan action throughout the season, but one thing you may be asking yourself is "where do I signup?". The website is open for team and user registration over at Pan.tf, where you can also look for teams and players on the forums. Signups end on July 2nd, so be sure to get your teams ready for the ultimate pandemonium that is Ready Steady Pan!
NOTE: Preseason matches start during the week of July 25th.
For those who are new: Ready Steady Pan is a semi-competitive league involving the frying pan as the only damage dealing weapon allowed, as well as food and jumper weapons. If you want to connect with others participating in the season or want to get in contact with the many helpers that are volunteering, you can check out our Discord server on our website.
After about five years as a staff member around here, i'm going to be stepping down. I've had tremendous fun round here since I joined in 2010, and i've loved building, moulding, and taking part in this community since. Ultimately, though, I've not really had time to do my job as a staff member properly in a while, and I feel like it's time to bow out with dignity and hand the leadership over to more dedicated hands.

An update to Team Fortress 2 has been released. The update will be applied automatically when you restart Team Fortress 2. The major changes include:
Several fixes to address exploits and stability issues
Fixed server crash related to the CTriggerAddTFPlayerCondition map entity
Fixed client crash when playing Mann vs. Machine
Fixed client crash on exit
Fixed Scouts not being able to pick-up the Sandman's baseball
Fixed broken Unusual effects for the Exquisite Rack, the Stainless Pot, and the Universal Translator
Fixed broken Strange Filter store images for Brimstone, Maple Ridge Event, and Pit of Death
Updated r_screenoverlay command to accept '0' as well as 'off' to disable overlays. This fixes some community mods that were incorrectly expecting 0 to disable the overlay, resulting in unexpected behavior.
Added "Reset All Achievements" button to the Achievements dialog
A small number of achievements are based on player stats and will be awarded again when Team Fortress 2 is restarted unless the player stats are also reset
Resetting achievements will not allow you to receive achievement-based items multiple times
Players who consistently demonstrate a pattern of negative behavior in-game (based upon excessive reports from other players and several other factors) will now receive a temporary matchmaking ban
