and itâs TF2â²s anniversary this year ! so something with all 9 husbands in it was necessary for me to celebrate this game! i could start and ramble on how much tf2 influenced me and how many billion times it made me laugh and all but nah i just want to say

Team Fortress 2: Monopoly Edition

With our breaths held for the await of fire and flames to ignite the world again (a world perhaps covered in tropical palm trees and vineyards, if weâre lucky), we might have extra waiting time on the table - but luckily, thereâs a game provided on same table. A TF2 edition of Monopoly has just been announced for October/November release! Hereâs the description from the Merchoid page:

Bringing the battle for your favorite maps to the table tops, MONOPOLY: Team Fortress 2 letâs players fight for (and defend) their title of King of the Hill by spending their Saxton Bucks, building up properties with RED Barns and BLU Factories, and traveling across the board using one of six custom tokens! 

The tabletop game of ruined friendships and sales frustrations is currently available for US pre-order on Merchoid for $52.99 USD, including shipping costs. Additionally, it is $39.99 USD without shipping costs factored in on Entertainment Earth. The website does list them in Limited Stock - as we post this, Merchoid says they have under 6 left to pre-order!

Female Team Fortress 2 Classes Were Almost Official

Valve artist Drew Wolf has released a new website, which contains a variety of concept artwork from Valve games such as Dota 2 and Team Fortress 2. One of these sets of concept art found on his website were numerous designs for female TF2 classes.

An internal pitch project aimed to bring female characters to the cast of Team Fortress 2.

I was responsible for story, character development and visual design. With the exception of their class function, It was important that each design presented an entirely new character. I wanted to these characters to live on their own and add dimension to the current roster of in-game characters. The goal of the project was to dive deep into possibilities and facilitate creative discussion.
