I killed this Pyro with the Cow Mangler but he airblasted me and hit me with a flare (I was in flames), so I died, then an achievement popped for him and THIS appeared. I like to think as he screamed "FINALLY I GOT THIS ACHIEVEMENT!!!" /r/tf2 art 4 years ago
