That's Pilot, my TF2 OC. She can fly using her backpack, uses a Nuclear Launcher, that is basically a Rocket Launcher with mini nuclear bombs as primary, a crossbow at secundary and a spiral knife as melee. /r/tf2 art 3 years ago
