Everyone knows the only thing better than a baked potato is a twice-baked potato, but what's better than that? We gathered the smartest folks we could find to answer that exact question. Turns out "just keep baking it" wasn't the answer, now we've got tens of thousands of these things. Maybe those guys weren't as smart as we thought.
